Terms of Service
Last updated 24 July 2026.
These terms govern your use of OFM Links (“OFM Links”, “we”, “us”), a platform for creator agencies to build and host link-in-bio pages. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the agency or business you represent (“you”). If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions: support@ofmlinks.com.
1. The service
OFM Links provides a page builder, compliance linting, hosting for published link pages (including on domains you attach), click and revenue analytics, and a programmatic API. Building pages is free; keeping pages published is paid, as described at /pricing.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys, and for everything done through your account, including by your team members.
3. Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of the content you publish through the service. You grant us the license needed to host, store, and serve that content on your behalf. You warrant that:
- you have all rights and permissions required to publish the content, including any required releases from the creators you manage;
- every person depicted in published content is an adult, 18 years or older;
- the content and your use of the service comply with applicable law.
Content involving minors in any sexual context is prohibited with zero tolerance; we will terminate the account immediately and report it to the relevant authorities.
Third-party platforms (for example Instagram, TikTok, or OnlyFans) apply their own rules to links you distribute there. Our compliance tooling is designed to help you meet those rules, but it is assistance, not a guarantee: you remain responsible for your accounts on other platforms and for how you use the pages we host.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent activity, or to distribute malware or phishing content;
- attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent security or tenancy boundaries, or access another customer’s data;
- impersonate a person or brand you do not represent;
- resell or misrepresent the service, or exceed documented API rate limits.
5. Fees
Published pages are billed monthly at the rates shown at /pricingat the time of purchase (currently $10 per published model plus $2 per published link, per month). Charges apply only while content is published; unpublishing stops the corresponding charge. We take no share of your revenue. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice. Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
6. Privacy and data
Visitor analytics on hosted pages are collected as described in our Privacy Policy. We process that data as a service provider to you and do not sell it.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or retire features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the service you pay for.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, publish prohibited content, fail to pay, or put the platform or other customers at risk. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. On termination your published pages go offline, and we may delete account data after 30 days.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant outcomes on third-party platforms, including that links will not be restricted by them.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, or $100 if you have paid none.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the service in breach of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will give notice (for example by email or an in-product message). Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
